The Flynn Law Firm is proud to announce that today G. “Rex” Flynn, Jr. swore the oath of admission before Hon. Beth P. Gesner, Chief Magistrate Judge, for admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  This marks a special opportunity for the Firm to expand its representation of criminal defendants to the federal level in Maryland.  This marks a very special occasion for Rex, as he is now admitted to federal practice in the state that he was raised.  Moreover, it was a special honor to be sponsored for admission by his long time mentor, and friend, Ivan J. Bates.  With his admission, Rex can now represent criminal defendants charged both at the local and federal level throughout Maryland. Rex Flynn looks forward to serving his clients as a Maryland Federal Criminal Defense Attorney they navigate through the complexities of federal criminal cases.
